While shopping, I try to buy pieces that I know can be worn multiple ways --like this Shop Obsession dress! As you saw on my last post, I went the formal route and dressed this maxi up with heels and a gold plated belt. For this post, I wanted to style the dress as more of a festival look so I knotted a chambray shirt to dress the top of the dress down, then added gladiator sandals, a head wrap, and stacked on the bracelets!
I told you I'm obsessed with this book bag! I typically wear a cross-body bag to festivals or concerts [those hands are needed for booze and selfies] but this is my new go-to for summer!
The arm party [parties?] and rings are an assortment of bracelets I've acquired throughout the years; some from my mom, some made by friends [thanks, Katie!], some bought on vacations, some from local boutiques, etc.
Headwraps? Love them. My grandma always referred to the women in our family as gypsies and when I wear a headwrap, I feel like I fit the part! The one I'm wearing is a few years old from Charlotte Russe. It's one that you actually have to wrap and tie, but I've included [lots of super cute] simpler versions below!
Dress: Obsession Boutique c/o | Chambray: American Eagle | Earrings: Forever 21 | Necklace: ASOS | Head Wrap: Charlotte Russe | Sunglasses: Kendall & Kylie for Pacsun | Bag: T.J.Maxx | Sandals: Charlotte Russe

Hi! Thanks so much for visiting my blog, I'm so glad you like it :) I'm not sure how formal or informal the wedding is that you're attending [or what your price range is], but here's a few links to dresses that are similar to the one I am wearing above:
Love your casual take on styling this dress. Also your arm candy is on point.
