BDAY LBD

A quick way to feel extra fabulous? Throw on a LBD, a pair of heels, and stack on the jewels [a martini in hand is a plus, too].

I found this hot little number at H&M. It's conservative up top, flirty on the bottom, and has cool faux leather details on the shoulders and along the hem line. Perfection, if you ask me.

 

Oh, guess what? Today is my birthday! Do I look older than I did in my last post? Say no.

 

 I was going to do without the belt but on my way out the door I decided to grab it because on your birthday, more is better, right?

 I'd like to pretend I am as excited as I seem to be in these pictures, but this is how I really feel about getting older...

Even though getting older might not make you want to jump up and down with excitement, for me, birthdays are always a good time to make sure my priorities are in check and to set goals to accomplish by my next birthday. It also gives me an excuse to indulge in champagne, cupcakes, & cake pops all day.

P.S. H&M launched their online shopping in the U.S. yesterday. Ohhhhh, shoot.
