First Post!

Oh looky, my very first blog post! I have been waiting for this day for a very long time so I am very excited! My boyfriend, Jeremy, and I recently got back from a Florida trip and while there, I decided it was a great time to start taking outfit pictures. Here we go!

When I found this maxi skirt at Kohl’s I was ecstatic. At 5’9”, if I see a maxi dress or skirt while shopping, I rarely try them on because they’re almost always too short. I spotted this skirt and immediately loved the nautical vibe. As I looked at it hanging from the rack, I noticed it was up to my chest and was only hanging a few inches off the ground – I darted to the fitting room. O.M.G. The bottom of the skirt just kissed the ground –the perfect length. AND you can wear it high waisted or folded down. Naturally, I left the fitting room and decided I also needed the skirt in black. When something’s nice, buy it twice, right?

This was our second night in West Palm Beach. We stayed at the Marriott Vacation Club condos for the second year in a row. After taking a stroll down the beach, we went to the Sailfish Marina for dinner –delicious!
